RevisitIQ is intended for simple recall, reminder, and follow-up messaging to customers a business already serves. It is not designed for bulk spam, cold outreach, or unsolicited promotional texting.
RevisitIQ helps small service businesses send service recall and due-again follow-up text messages to their own customers. These messages are intended for customer service and service follow-up, not for purchased lead lists, cold outreach, or unrelated marketing blasts.
RevisitIQ is built for small service businesses, such as salons, auto shops, and pest control companies, that want to send simple text reminders to existing customers who are due for a return visit or recurring service.
RevisitIQ users are responsible for messaging only customers who have provided appropriate consent to receive service-related text messages from that business. Consent may be collected by the business during normal customer intake, service signup, appointment booking, or other customer relationship processes where the customer provides their mobile number and agrees to receive service-related communications.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are never collected by RevisitIQ from the public marketing site. They are uploaded only by the business that already holds the customer relationship.
For a fuller explanation of the consent model, example opt-in language for forms and intake processes, and the in-app sender attestation, see the SMS Consent page.
Businesses using RevisitIQ must confirm that uploaded recipients are existing customers who have provided permission to receive service-related text messages. RevisitIQ does not allow purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party contact lists.
If your industry or jurisdiction has specific consent or messaging requirements, you are responsible for following them. Consult your own legal counsel where appropriate.
RevisitIQ messages should fit one of the following customer-service categories:
Examples of appropriate use:
These are customer-service communications, not promotional marketing campaigns.
Message frequency varies based on the customer's service schedule and the sending business's recall practices. Message and data rates may apply.
RevisitIQ is designed for low-frequency, service-based messaging, not high-volume marketing campaigns. Typical use involves occasional recall or reminder texts, not daily or weekly blasts.
Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, they should not receive further RevisitIQ-powered text messages from that business unless they provide consent again.
RevisitIQ records opt-out preferences and blocks further messages to that number from the same business through the service. Business users must honor opt-out requests and must not attempt to re-add or re-message customers who have opted out.
