RevisitIQ provides lightweight software that helps small service businesses identify customers who need follow-up and send simple text-based recall or reminder messages. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
These terms are written in plain language. They are not a substitute for legal advice. If your business has specific legal requirements, consult your own counsel.
RevisitIQ is a lightweight recall and follow-up tool. Users upload customer lists via CSV, identify customers who are due or overdue for service, and send simple text-based reminder messages. RevisitIQ is not a CRM, scheduling platform, marketing automation system, or two-way messaging platform.
You need an account to use RevisitIQ. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use RevisitIQ only for its intended purpose: sending recall and follow-up messages to customers your business already serves.
If you use RevisitIQ to send text messages, you are responsible for ensuring that each recipient has provided appropriate consent to receive service-related text messages from your business.
You should only message customers with whom you have an existing business relationship and who have not opted out of communications.
RevisitIQ may be used for service recall, due-again follow-up, recurring service reminders, and related customer service communications to existing customers.
You may not use RevisitIQ to message purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or third-party contact lists. You may only upload customer information you have the right to use for service-related messaging.

You must honor opt-out requests. RevisitIQ provides STOP-based opt-out handling and opt-out records, but you remain responsible for using the service in a compliant manner, including not re-adding or re-messaging customers who have opted out.
You are responsible for the customer lists you upload, the message content you send, and any messaging laws or carrier rules that apply to your business. RevisitIQ provides messaging tools and opt-out handling, but it does not establish consent on your behalf.

RevisitIQ does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for determining whether your use of SMS complies with laws, regulations, carrier rules, and consent requirements that apply to your business.
RevisitIQ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RevisitIQ. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the service.
We aim to keep RevisitIQ available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Message delivery depends in part on third-party providers and recipient carriers, and is not guaranteed.
RevisitIQ may charge fees for use of the service. Current pricing and billing terms will be communicated to you before any charges apply. If billing terms change, we will notify you in advance.
RevisitIQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that messages will be delivered successfully in every case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevisitIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost customers, or failed message delivery.
You may stop using RevisitIQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are violating these Terms or using the service in a way that could harm other users, recipients, or the service itself.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will note the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
